Here is how to delete a W-2 that carried over from last year's income tax return:
- Open or continue your return.
- Search for W-2 using the search in the upper right corner and then click the Jump to link in the search results.
- This brings you to the Here's your W-2 info screen. Click the trash can icon next to the unwanted W-2 and then answer Yes on the following screen.
