You can't get reimbursed through your tax return. However, if you filed a claim and are eligible for unemployment benefits, you will receive the benefits you were entitled to from the later of the time you filed or date you became eligible. You will have to contact the Georgia Department of Labor. If you have trouble getting help from the DOL, contact your State House of Representatives member.
