I created a corporation last year on June (2020, and no 2553 was filed). I was wondering if I can file the form 1120S with a 2553 at the same time, and start using the benefits of a small corp, or if I need to file the 110 for 2020 and file the 2553 to get the S status for 20121 taxes. I understand the 1120S is for an s-corporation, but if I am filing 2020 taxes, it should be considered, right?
So, Could I file the 1120S now (February 2021) and include the form 2553 with it?
