- You can get AOTC and your daughter have taxable scholarship income depending on how you marked your answers. Please look at another of my answers for help
- Some of the 529 can go towards food for her, not a taxable event, but can reduce the amount paid towards education expenses which then reduces the scholarship amount. See my 529 example.
- The 1098T only goes on your return since you are claiming your daughter and the AOTC. Any taxable income would go on her return.
