@DaveF1006 in the year 2020, I have spent 90 days (oct 1 to dec 31) on h1b visa. And rest of the years 2020(jan-1 to sep-30),2019,2018,2017,2016 I have been here in US only on F1 visa. Should i file for the year 2020 as resident alien or non resident alien. I have completed 5 calendar years US but I do not meet 183 days to meet the substantial Presence test. Please advice
