Follow these steps after logging into your account, if you have not already done so:
- Go to Wages and Income.

All the way at the bottom, click Less Common Income
- Last option is Miscellaneous Income, click Start
- Go to the bottom of the screen and click Other reportable income (Click Start)

Next screen asks Any Other Taxable income? Click Yes

Enter a Description (such as TV survey income) and the amount you received ($300)
This income will report on Line 21 of Schedule 1 as Other Income. It is not self-employment income.
