It may not be the zip code that's the problem.
TurboTax can say there's an "invalid zip code for electronic filing" even if the zip code is correct, but there's something else wrong with the address.
The zip code should be in the format nnnnn or nnnnn-nnnn.
Check to be sure the city is spelled correctly and the two-digit state abbreviation is correct. Some states are very similar like Alaska (AK), Alabama (AL), Arizona (AZ), Arkansas (AR), etc. and are easy to mistype.
Try leaving out punctuation in the address, such as:
123 N St Marys Ave instead of 123 N. St. Mary's Ave.
