1. I have an additional $40 charge because I hit the option to pay my deluxe federal and state ($80) to my refund. I didn’t get a refund though so it told me I can’t do that so now instead of paying $80 I need to pay $120 just for getting the message I can’t have the $80 added onto the tax due. Is there a way to remove that $40 charge?
2. This is my first time having to pay taxes to the irs can I make payments instead of just paying it all before April 15th 2021 before a late fee is assessed?
