I am a Turbo Tax Business and Turbo Tax Home & Business user and the business version allows attaching PDF files, the TT H&B does not. In fact you have to print out, sign, then scan and then attach the 8453-PE form when filing for a business while using TT B. So TT already has the coding/means to let the other versions to do so, they chose not to.
