You will have to print and file your return by mail. Once another person has used your SSN on an e-filed return (as a filer or dependent), you cannot e-file.
The IRS will process your return and will contact you (and the person who claimed you as a dependent) for an explanation. Based on the responses they receive, they will decide who his entitled to claim you as a dependent and adjust the returns as necessary.
