It's TRUE that form 7202 cannot be efiled per IRS... but irs posted this today (see below) about how you can efile and still claim these credits. Let's see if turbotax gets on board. They totally can attach 7202 as pdf for us... that's how they collect payment from a refund. Regardless turbotax cannot keep saying "your return cannot be efiled per IRS rules bc of form 7202 but don't worry we can help you paper file!"...bc as of today- per this IRS page- it's a total lie.
