1095-A

I am retired and have medical insurance from my former employer.  they have NOT provided a 1095-A, but, when I research this, the medical service provider website refers to providing a 1095-B, which I have to ask for and will be mailed to me.  I am on my Life Partners 1095-C because I get dental from her.  It states that if I don't provide 1095-B information on my tax return the IRS may delay my return.   do I need a 1095-A, as Turbo Tax asks, request the 1095-B, which my medical insurance provider provides, or take entries from the 1095-C.
