@AkinaLO  as mentioned above, I called your customer service already and she could not offer a solution other than deleting the app and restarting my computer and modem.  This did not work.  How can I ensure I'm put in touch with someone that can resolve this issue?   Please view the error message I'm receiving and provide an actual solution.  Please read through this whole thread before replying to me.  Thanks.
