@AkinaLO as mentioned above, I called your customer service already and she could not offer a solution other than deleting the app and restarting my computer and modem. This did not work. How can I ensure I'm put in touch with someone that can resolve this issue? Please view the error message I'm receiving and provide an actual solution.
