I'm having the exact same issue. Don't even get to put in my account number or credentials. As soon as I select Robinhood in the bank search it fires the error below
The 1099 import service for Robinhood - Robinhood Securities is currently unavailable. Please try your import again on February 21, 2021 at 12:00 AM PT.
I've tried on multiple browsers and still the same. Robinhood's website does not have any help - just says it should be possible: How to Upload Your Form 1099 to TurboTax | Robinhood
Anyone find a fix yet or do we just hope for the best on the 21st?
