i purchased download from Costco and for the past 2 weeks have not been able to find a solution to this problem. TT2020 will download fine. The icon will bounce, but has not ever and will not currently start.
The chatbots are not helpful either.

i was on phone for 2 hours once and 1 hour an additional time. You all should be sending me money for this wasted time. Customer service at an all time low. Spend more time with people and less money on chat bots.
