In the desktop editions you can have regular phone support with a customer service agent. That is not the same as the Live TurboTax feature.
The TurboTax Live feature with on-demand help from a CPA/EA tax pro during tax preparation and a review of the tax return, etc. is an add-on feature of Online TurboTax only.
