I never used 5 federal e-files but if you say 5 are free I won't argue. I have done as many as three. In previous years Turbo Tax would allow you to e-file one state for free and I expect that is true today. But in previous years, I could run the state return for all the federal returns, but this year, 2020, I can only run one state which means I have to fill out the state form manually for the other two returns. Pooh!
