I received a message saying my state return had been rejected but TurboTax just says "There is an internal processing error with your return." Specialist knew nothing.

So my state return was rejected and when I go to fix the "errors," I see a message saying, "There is an internal processing error with your return. This issue is resolved in a product release scheduled for February 18, 2021. Please update your software on or after 02/18/2021 (for web products this will happen automatically) and run a final review of your state return. If prompted, clear any errors by making the appropriate change and re-submit this return electronically. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." Since it's the the 18th today, has this update taken place? Or am I supposed to wait? I bounced around with TurboTax's customer service for a while, trying to get an answer, but they had no idea and just basically said, "I dunno, wait a day or two." So I'm wondering: 1) what am I supposed to do here? 2) why is TurboTax not fixing IT'S OWN glitch? and 3) when is TurboTax going to refund me for the stress and inconvenience?
