Still this is not very plain, sad , I'm probably not the only one stuck with this 39.95 fee. Maybe you could state it this way, If you lack funds to pay for this service and are receiving a refund you may pay for this service via your refund money and we will charge you 39.95 for this service which we will deduct for your return money.. :(
