@AnonOwner If your 1099-NEC income is being reported on Schedule C, don't include the State Distribution amount in your entry.
Your Net Business Profit/Loss from your Schedule C is what is reported as income.
The final net profit figure must be transferred to Form 1040 and combined with your other earnings to calculate your taxable income.
