@mister_bill I did not try your solution, because I'm 100% sure the password was entered correctly. I also changed the password and re-entered it. I compared the masked value to the unmasked value and they matched. I paid 100, because I had to buy the premier download version, because I've had issues with importing on the online version. I think I spelled TurboTax with an upper case T, but I'm not 100% certain.
I tried calling support and the queue length was an hour. I can probably manually enter the data faster than dealing with that.
