I entered my new ippin for 2021 (for me) and my return was rejected. Using turbo tax to electronically file then finding out I can't electronically file is fairly worthless to me. I tried to call the irs but they could not answer the phone. This happened last year and I ended up sending paper copy to IRS. That was the first time it happened. I did not (to my knowledge) get a notice from the IRS that my account had been hacked. I would like to put an end to this mess once and for all so I can electronically file my taxes. Any help?
