You'll need to contact your employer to find out its EIN, but if you're thinking of filing without your Form W-2, you really shouldn't. I've included links for a couple of articles below for your consideration.
Since it's the middle of February, you should've received your Form W-2 by now. Employers have until January 31 to mail out W-2s.
