Downloaded. Tried to open. Got error message. Tried to reinstall. Didn't work. Uninstalled. Still getting this message when I try to download again. "This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads." Can't get past this error message to try and download the software again on the same computer.
