You should receive a 1099-G for Hazard pay, the Income is taxable and you need to report it on your return.
To report the form :
- Login to your account.
- Select Federal from the left menu.
- Select Wages and Income then Income and Expenses.
- Scroll down to Other 1099-G Income and click Start.
- Answer Yes to the question "Did you receive any of these payments reported on Form 1099 G"
