Incorrect mailing address by mail for MO1040? The mailing address on printout instruction sheet is different from what is ask from the bottom of he form MO1040?

mailing address in instruction sheet is POBox3222, Jefferson City MO xxxxx-xxxx. its different from the 2 addresses in form MO1040. I found this error in 2019 turbo tax also...
