Ok, just so it's out there, I got it figured out. TT wasn't trying to get me to buy the product, it was simply taking me to the page where I needed to pay the @20 for e-filing the state form. It was as simply as going through the steps to enter the payment info and just watching what was being charged before authorizing the payment. It was just the state filing fee. Admittedly, TT could explain it a little better during the process. The 2019 edition was much clearer at this point.
