I owed money on my state taxes and there was an option to pay from refund and Also to take it out of refund. I chose to pay with return and turbo tax charged a 39.99

Fee but they also asked for the account for the state taxes owed to be deducted from and the date to be taken out.  So I was charged the fee and they still took the money from my account how can I get
