Unclear what it is triggering this error. Not all 1099-DIV have the problem - only some. This is not the exempt-interest dividend bug, although one that is affected does have exempt-interest, others do not.
I haven't found a way to report errors to turbotax directly via this portal. Hopefully this makes it there.
