I'm just learning that Intuit Turbo Tax Year 2020 doesn't work with Windows 7.
Wow, how compassionate. It's an awful year for everything in business. I cannot deal with upgrading my computer right now because overloaded with work and life demands resulting from the pandemic. Upgrading I understand I will not have access to certain of my files anymore (long story) (not sure about turbo files, haven't checked that out). And I cannot afford to buy a new computer.
I have been loyal customer with Turbo since the 1990's. The whole Intuit thing and Quicken changes and glitches have been such a thoughtless hassle over the years. And even Quicken changing to annual subscription only.
And not offering compensation of some kind?
Intuit/Turbo, you have any idea what people are going through outside of your comfortable corporate by remote? No understanding or compensation?
I will say this Community Forum of people here have been wonderful over the years
But absolutely disgusting of Intuit-Turbo. So disgusted.
