Solution is to use Chrome.
My steps to success were:
- delete the current download file
- delete the .chk folders in the %temp% folder
- Reboot
- Using Chrome, download the file
- Extract and load the program
I previously tried everything mentioned in these 4 pages without success. Called TT and Dan returned the call 1-1/2 hours later. He mentioned in passing that TT folks are told internally to use Chrome for TT. Tried the above and it loaded in about 30 seconds.
