How do I receive proof of health insurance for the (9) months I paid for my own health insurance via COBRA? Will it be a 1095-A, B or C? Thanks, Ron.
The employer I had COBRA though sent me a 1095-C that had 1H in sect. 14 and 2A in sect. 16 on the form. 1H states no offer of coverage. Yet I Had Cobra coverage through the company.
