I am having issues uploading the consolidated 1099-B/DIV forms from Apex Clearing. I am using the correct Apex credentials (checked x10) but my login does not go through.

I have a .pdf copy of the 1099 forms and I literally have Apex logged in the other window, but turbotax doesn't want to go through the login through their app. Whats up?
