I am having the exact issue and the rep on the phone with me was reading this case and in real time responses were coming in showing i am not the only one. There is currently no real way to fix this but she said since multiple reports are coming in that this will be investigated and it is best to just save your return and come back at a later date and see if this bug was patched.
