Hello - does anyone know what a dependency statement actually means ? If one attaches a PDF or dependency statement to their efiling documents, is the refund or amount owed correct and reflective of the attached 8915-E statement or does the IRS manually need to review the attachements before making the amount owed or paid correct thus delaying the refund date significantly ?
