I did not get any message saying it was fixed like kgeoffrey did. However, I did download an update over the weekend that appeared to resolve the issue. The software took the two separate 1099-NEC forms and kept them separate. I did not complete my taxes yet or run the reviews at the end, but it looks like the problem is resolved for me.
