The IRS tool shows it mailed on January 6th, to my previous address. I have a change of address on file the post office said was good for me a year. I moved to my new address February 21 of 2020. The new address is I filed my taxes this year along with direct deposit information. The postal service here went wacky this past January, and my mail on is not in time and I get had to use credit cards to pay for daily necessities. I have checked with the USPS, locally either they don't answer, phone,text, email or unable to help in public. I am trying to locate the 600.00, it is greatly needed, now.
