Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Yes, if you are a U.S. citizen who is not a dependent on another taxpayer's return and who earns less than $99,000 per year (individual) or $198,000 (married filing jointly), you should still qualify for the stimulus payments based on what we currently know.

As a citizen living abroad, you are required to file a tax return annually reporting all of your worldwide income. Normally, your tax return has a due date of June 15.  However, this year, like all taxpayers, your tax return is due on July 15th.

Depending on your circumstances you may be eligible for a number of unique tax benefits such as the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (FEIE) or, if you pay taxes to the country in which you live and work, you pay prefer to take a credit for taxes paid instead.

You also have reporting requirements related to foreign bank accounts or other financial accounts that you have if you have an aggregate balance in these accounts, at any time during the year. of $10,000 or more.

Without more information about your specific situation it's a little tough to give you specific information about how you should file.  TurboTax can also help you with both the FEIE or the Foreign Tax Credit - but filing your foreign bank account reports, if needed, is a separate requirement done here: BSA e-Filing System.
