Try Deleting Form 8889 and then click the "Health Insurance" Tab to walk through the insurance coverage interview again. To delete Form 8889, click "Forms" in the upper right and then choose Form 8889 from the forms list on the left side. Click "delete" directly beneath and to the left of the form.
