It vanished too quickly for me to read it, and it doesn't reappear on subsequent attempts to open Turbotax. But I think it was something to the effect that "an error occurred" which would be reported.
<What version of OSX is your Mac on?>.
Big Sur 11.2, iMac 2020 with 27inch retina display.
