Try to remove all the Form W-2s from the program and re-enter both of them. Here are the steps:
In TurboTax online,
1. Sign into your account, select Pick up where you left off
2. Select Tax Tools, click on the drop down arrow
3. Select Tools
4. Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
5. Select Delete next to the Form W-2 and Continue with My Return
To enter both of your W-2s, follow these steps:
- Sign back into the account, select Pick up where you left off
- At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "w2" and Enter
- Select "Jump to w2"
- Follow prompts
Per IRS, employers are required to report wage and salary information for employees on Form W-2. Your W-2 also reports the amount of federal, state and other taxes withheld from your paycheck.
