Unfortunately, TurboTax has no control over this. I had to amend my 2019 return and mailed it in last April and I did not see that it had been received until October. Still, to this date, it is stating on the IRS site that it has been received but is not yet processed. With the covid situation, things are moving at an extraordinarily slow pace at the IRS.
