Without knowing all the figures, like your income and deductions, it is not possible to determine whether you will get a refund or have a balance due.
You are right to be concerned because you only have federal taxes withheld from your first job. The rest of the withholding is the same. OASDI is just another name for Social Security.
Just put all your information in TurboTax and the program will figure out your tax situation for both the federal and MD returns. If you find that you owe taxes on your federal return, contact the payroll office for your second employer to start having federal taxes withheld from your paycheck.
