TurboTax has really let me down in a big way. I have to file my taxes immediately but I can't because I keep getting an error that the connection has dropped out.

I can't get through to a real person which is infuriating. It's not my Internet. I've cleared the browser's cache. My partner is doing his taxes just fine in the other room. Terrible customer service, TurboTax.
