Get your taxes done using TurboTax
I purchased the condo in 2019 and I live there 6 mths a year Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb March, I go to Ohio for April to the End of Sept. , They take Ohio state tax out of my pension , but I recently told them to stop in November and gave them my Florida address, I also canceled my homestead tax credit in November and obtained a new Florida Drivers license and voter registration. I plan on forward to be in Florida at least 7 to 8 months a year from here on. My question is, can I get all my Ohio tax withholding back for 2020 , I had no other earned income other than social security, pension and IRA's. Ohio has some sort of thing called contact period to determine a non resident and something about you have had to surrender your license at the BEGINNING of the tax year. What type of Ohio return should I file to get my ohio tax back for 2020
