No you cannot upload a 1099-G. That feature is not available in TurboTax.
You can however enter it into your return.
- Go to Wages & Income
- Select Unemployment and family leave (1099G)
- Answer Yes or No to Did you have to repay.
- Follow steps to enter your information.
