No one at TurboTax can send you any information regarding you and your family's social security numbers. You will need to contact the SSA to do that. If you have a copy of any tax return that you have claimed the child on, the number will be on there. Also, if you have used TurboTax to file taxes before and included the child on the return, the program will save that information, so it may already be in your online account.
