i am having the same exact issue. i put my correct username and password, i received the code by email, but last step of the authentication process to get into my account is to receive a code texted on my cellphone, but i changed number months ago, so now i am stuck because there is no other option if not to call the customer service. I put my email address, my SSN, my date of birth....what else do you need to be sure it's me?!
