TurboTax opened a secure portal as a way for select customers to update their direct deposit information. This applied only to customers who received an email from TurboTax with the subject: “CRITICAL STIMULUS UPDATE: Update Your Stimulus Payment Direct Deposit Information” However, this portal was closed January 16 and is no longer available.
