You have an option to type it yourself. After you select "Add a W-2 "
- Enter your EIN (Employer Identification Numbers)
- Select Change how I enter my form
- Select Type it Myself
- If the next screen populates, it recognized the EIN for your Employer
- Select Make Changes or enter your amounts from the boxes on your W2
Remember to include all the information on the W-2, including the letter and amounts from box 12.
